Phoenix Trading was founded in 1995 by three mothers in South London; the women shared a vision of starting a home-based business selling a product that they loved greeting cards!
As a direct selling, independent card publishing house, Phoenix has now sold in excess of 100 million cards. They donate a substantial amount of their profits to charity and have given over £1million to charities to date.
Phoenix Trading does not sell products through conventional retail outlets; instead they market an exclusive range of cards and stationery through an international team of over 11,000 worldwide Independent Phoenix Traders. Its direct approach offers exceptional value for money without compromising on the quality of the product and design.
Find out more about the Phoenix Trading Business Opportunity…
I have been an Independent Phoenix Trader since April 2008. I live in Torbay, Devon with my husband and 2 young children.
It was when I was maternity leave after having my daughter that I first discovered Phoenix Trading. I received a lovely card from a friend and asked her where it was from – it’s a habit of mine that I always look at the back of cards! It was of course from Phoenix. I searched for the Phoenix website on the Internet and after having a good read through began to mull over the idea of starting my own business selling the cards.
I thought about joining for a few weeks and then decided to go for it! Even if I decided Phoenix wasnt for right me I would have lots of cards for my own personal use and I would have still saved money given that I was spending between £2.00 – £3.00 per greeting card. I send out 64 cards each year (the UK average is 55) and if I spent £2.50 per card this would add up to be £160.00 per year!
I soon realised the potential of Phoenix so have gradually dedicated more time to growing my business – it started as a very enjoyable hobby but is now my main job. I am a complete Phoenix addict and love selling the products; its great when I meet people who share my enthusiasm and this happens quite frequently!
